How to Order
Jewel Case Calendars can be ordered in the Black River Imaging software in the press products catalog. Jewel Case Calendars are offered in three different sizes, CD Case Size, 4x6 and Business Card Size. Each of these come in a hard plastic case that serves as the display rack and they are printed on our 100 lb weight Standard paper with glossy coating.

- Log in at http://www.blackriverimaging.com/sign-in.asp
- Click on download software
- Choose Download Imaging Software
Sizes and Options Palette
We suggest you open the Size and Options Palette. You may first need to click on each side of the software and pull them towards the center so that you have extra desktop space to place the palettes in.
- Click Sizes Button and Choose Show Sizes Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Products.
- Click Options Button and choose show Options Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Options.
- To allow more working space in the software, you can click on Preferences and deselect the “Show Banner” option.
Placing an order
- Click Sizes and follow the catalog prompt and choose the Press Products catalog.
- Under Sizes or in the sizes Palette choose Calendar Products
- Select the Jewel Case Calendars
- Choose The Size Calendar you are ordering: CD Case Size, 4x6 or Business Card Size.
- Choose from one of the pre-designed backgrounds in either horizontal or vertical or choose the blank option.
- The layout for that product will come up in the left side of the software.
- Starting Month, 6 Color Printing and Images options are selected from the Options palette.
- Drag and drop in your images bearing in mind that the top left is the first month then goes to the right for the second month etc.
- Crop your image if you need to by sliding the zoom bar over to the left. You may double click the image opening to see it larger. You may move the image around in the opening with your mouse.
- Click Add to Order.
- Continue ordering from the Press Products Catalog file.
- Click Review Order
- Double check your order.
- Then click Complete Order
- Click send now via the Internet
- Fill out the Payment Information
- The software will save and send the order.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once we receive your order and begin production.
