Money Envelope Creator
Order money envelopes for your next sports or event program using our Money Envelope Creator software. No need to phone in; simply download the software and submit your order at your convenience.
Note: before using Money Envelope Creator, you need to determine your package items. You can either define your own packages or, if you wish to take advantage of our VIP Pricing , build your packages around our 52 VIP lab packs. Click here for more information on VIP Pricing.
Money Envelopes consist of two sides: On one side, a layout of package contents and pricing. See a sample here (requires Adobe Reader to view). On the reverse side, a pre-printed themed (or blank) side. See our 4 theme samples here. With Money Envelope Creator you (1) create or import a pricing list layout and (2) select one of our 4 themes (or opt to leave that side blank).
For your pricing package layout Money Envelope Creator lets you fill-in your packages using either our standard money envelope layout or import a PDF of a custom, pre-designed layout. For more on creating a custom layout, see Custom Money Envelope Design below.
Custom Money Envelope Design
Money Envelope Creator also accepts custom layout designs for your package pricing lists. There are two ways to make a custom layout design:
1. Create your own layout using your own design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark or Word with a PDF creator plug-in) and import it as a PDF into our Money Envelope Creator software or Sports Design Software.

2. For a $25 design fee, we offer a Design Service for Custom Money Envelopes.
- Gather all your package & order layout information and complete our Design Service Request Form for Money Envelopes.
- Fax your completed Design Service Request Form to 417-831-6042. Alternatively you can email us at moneyenvelopes@blackriverimaging.com with your Design Service Request Form information. Do not include your credit card information in your email. Please phone us instead at 888-321-4665 with your credit card number.
- Design time for a Design Service Money Envelope is 2-3 business days from when we receive your completed request form and credit card information.
- The $25 design fee is billed when we email you a PDF preview of your layout.
- You may make up to 3 revisions within 30 days of receiving your preview layout.
- Any revision requested after 30 days constitutes a new custom design order.
- Revisions must be made within the original design style chosen. Changing design styles constitutes a new custom design order. - We will email you a PDF and a JPG version of your final, approved design. Import this PDF into the Money Envelope Creator or the JPG into the Sports Design Software to complete your order.
- We do not keep designs on file. Please save your custom design PDF if you wish to place another order with it in the future.

Pricing
The charge for Money Envelopes, including the printing of your price list, is 14¢ per envelope with a minimum order of 100 envelopes. Shipping is additional. To approximate shipping each 100 money envelopes weighs 2.5 lbs.
If you opt for our custom design layout service, you will be billed a $25 design fee. For questions regarding special designs or setting up your package pricing, please email Customer Service at moneyenvelopes@blackriverimaging.com.
Credit card information must be supplied for each individual order as it is not stored in the lab.
