Money Envelope Creator Ordering Basics

1. Download the Money Envelope Creator software.
2. To familiarize yourself with the process, a Money Envelope consists of two sides:
a. On one side, a layout of package contents and pricing. See a sample here (requires Adobe Reader to view).
b. One the reverse side, a pre-printed themed (or blank) side. See a samples here.
With Money Envelope Creator you (1) create or import a pricing list layout and (2) select one of our 4 themes (or opt to leave that side blank).
3. Determine your package items. You can either define your own packages or, if you wish to take advantage of our VIP Pricing, build your packages around our 52 VIP lab packs. Click here for more information on our VIP Pricing.
Follow these tips if you decide to build your package tiers around our VIP Pricing:
- Build 4-6 packages that best suit your audience. There should be a $4 to $6 difference between each package tier.
- Start with a Lab Pack as your base for all orders. We have 26 Pro Design (YA-YZ) and 26 Regular (ZA-ZZ) Lab Packs for you to choose from. For the entire order to qualify for VIP pricing, each individual will need to order a Lab Pack.
- After you choose a Lab Pack base, select any additional add-ons for your package tiers to create a variety of choices for your audience.
- You can view a sample standard layout here. (You will need to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it).

6. After you’ve filled in your information for a standard layout or imported your custom layout, you can choose between 4 pre-printed themed envelope styles for the back of your envelope or no theme (envelope back side will be blank).
4. Follow the step-by-step instructions in our Money Envelope Creator How-To Guide to help you set up your files, build your package layout and submit your order through the software.
5. Money Envelope Creator lets you fill-in your packages using either our standard money envelope layout or import a PDF of a custom, pre-designed layout.
7. Submit your order through the software.

5. Sports Design Software allows you to import a JPG of a custom, pre-designed layout.
7. Submit your order through the software.
Custom Money Envelope Design
Money Envelope Creator also accepts custom layout designs. There are two ways to make a custom layout design:

1. Create your own layout using your own design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark or Word with a PDF creator plug-in) and import it as a PDF into our Money Envelope Creator software.

2. For a $25 design fee, we offer a Design Service for Custom Money Envelopes.
- Gather all your package & order layout information and complete our Design Service Request Form for Money Envelopes.
- Fax your completed Design Service Request Form to 417-866-6700. Alternatively you can email us at moneyenvelopes@blackriverimaging.com with your Design Service Request Form information. Do not include your credit card information in an email. Please phone us instead at 888-321-4665 with your credit card number.
- Design time for a Design Service Money Envelope is 2-3 business days from when we receive your completed request form and credit card information.
- 2-3 business days for layout design
- 2-3 business days for printing in-lab after you submit the order through the Money Envelope Creator
- The $25 design fee is billed when we email you a PDF preview of your layout.
- You may make up to 3 revisions within 30 days of receiving your preview layout.
- Any revision requested after 30 days constitutes a new custom design order.
- Revisions must be made within the original design style chosen. Changing design styles constitutes a new custom design order. - We will email you a PDF version of your final, approved design. Import this PDF into the Money Envelope Creator software to complete your order.
- We do not keep designs on file. Please save your custom design PDF if you wish to place another order with it in the future.
