HOW TO PUT YOUR SPORTS PACKAGES TOGETHER
Black River Imaging offers sports and event programs that allow you to design your own packages for a wide variety of sales. We do this so that you can meet the needs of your customer.
Here are some simple steps to make the process smooth!
Wether you are building a package using our VIP process or on your own is up to you.
Building VIP Packages - You will want to build 4-6 packages that best suit your individuals to choose from. There should be a$4.00 to $6.00 difference between each package. To build your packages you will:
1. Start with a Lab Pack as your base. Every individual within an order must have a Lab Pack ordered to complete an order. We have 26 Pro Design (YA-YZ) and 26 Regular (ZA-ZZ) Lab Packs available for you to choose from.
2. Select any additional add-ons for packages. You will want to build a variety of packages to suit the needs of your audience.
Create Your Money Envelopes - Whether you create your own or use one of our pre-designed envelopes you will want to list all your Lab Pack options for the individuals to choose from.
You also should offer eight to ten add-on items such as traders, buttons, bag tags, etc. It is important that you not include these specialty items in the individual packages.

The usual delivery time for Money Envelopes is:
- 2-3 days for layout
- 2-3 days for printing after layout is approved
- 2-3 days if your layout is on file and you need minor changes
