Ordering with Albums & Books ROES or Layout Creator/Album Manager

Nexus albums are offered in both the 10x10 and 6x6 sizes and may be ordered in two different ways.  The first point to consider is whether or not you created the images in a third party software or want to use our pre-designed templates.  If you elect to use our templates you’ll need the Layout Creator software and the pages will be posted online where you’ll either check out or post online for your client to view and approve.

If you have designed your own pages you have some options, you may use the Albums and Books ROES to order one book and send it directly to production.  When you’d like to have your clients view and approve the pages you may load them directly to the Album Manager and then post the event, this is also how you order multiple copies of the same book in the same or different sizes without having to upload each time.  You may also opt to use the Layout Creator to upload your pre-designed pages if the direct upload is slow.  Each of these options is described below.

Ordering Nexus Album Using Albums and Books Software

Use Album and Books software when you are ready to order your album with the pages you have designed in a 3rd party software.

You can download the Albums and Books software at www.BlackRiverImaging.com under customer log in and then click Download Software
