How to Order
Photographic Preview Books can be ordered in the Black River Imaging software.
Download
- Log in at http://www.blackriverimaging.com/sign-in.asp
- Click on download software
- Choose Download Imaging Software
Sizes and Options Palette
We suggest you open the Size and Options Palettes.
- Click Sizes Button and Choose Show Sizes Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Products.
- Click Options Button and choose show Options Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Options.
Opening the Catalog
- Click Sizes
- Choose Catalog
- Choose Photographic Products
Placing an order
- Under Sizes or in the sizes palette choose Preview Booklet 10x10 Spiral Bound
- The layout for that cover will come up in the left side of the software.
- Click Add to Order.
- Under Sizes or in the Sizes Palette choose Step 2 Title Page
- Choose your cover design or drop in your own design
- Drag and Drop in your images in the opening
- Crop the image if needed and type in the text if you would like.
- Select your options under the Option Button or Options Palette
- Once it is how you would like Click Add to order.
- Under Sizes or in the Sizes Palette choose Step 3 Preview Book Pages
- Select the page you would like: 4 up, 9 up or 12 up
- Select your options for the page. Please note if you order the same color font and background color the numbers will not show under the image (with the exception of the 9 up Larger Opening).
- Drag and drop in your images
- Once the page is full click add to order.
- Continue until you have the all the pages added. We will put them in order as you are ordering in the software.
- Choose Step 4 Photographers Info Page
- Select Photo Info Page or Phgrs Info Page Drop in your own design
- Drag in your image or type in your text
- Fill out the options
- Click Add to order.
- Click Review Order
- Double check your order.
- Choose your order options on the review order page (optional)
- Then click Complete Order
- Click send now via the Internet
- Fill out the Payment Information
- The software will save and send the order.
