How to Order
Press Preview Books can be ordered in the Black River Imaging software.
Download
- Log in at http://www.blackriverimaging.com/sign-in.asp
- Click on download software
- Choose Download Imaging Software
Sizes and Options Palette
We suggest you open the Size and Options Palettes.
- Click Sizes Button and Choose Show Sizes Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Products.
- Click Options Button and choose show Options Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Options.
Opening the Catalog
- Click Sizes
- Choose Catalog
- Choose Press Products
Placing an order
- Under Sizes or in the sizes palette choose Press Preview Book
- Choose the size book you would like 8x8 or 8.5x11
- Choose Step 1 Press Preview Book Cover
- Select the cover
- The layout for that cover will come up in the left side of the software.
- Select your options under the option button
- Click Add to Order.
- Under Sizes or in the Sizes Palette choose Step 2 Preview book Pages
1. Select the page you would like: 4 up, 9 up, 12 up, or Drop in your own design Change to:
2. Select the number of openings you would like, (this will vary based on which size book you’re ordering and you do not have to use the same template for every page.)
3. Drag and drop in your images (You may drag and drop image by image, or you may right click on one of your images and choose the Select All option. Drag and drop your first image in place and answer Yes to the prompt. Your images will fill each opening until they’ve all been used. If the last page is not completely filled, you will have to click Add to Order for that one page. Be sure to review the pages carefully to see that images are not rotated incorrectly.)
4. The software will save and send the order.
5. You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve received the order.
6. You may track you order’s progress by logging in online and choosing “Check Order Status”
