How to Order
Photographic prints can be ordered in the Black River Imaging software.
Download
- Log in at http://www.blackriverimaging.com/sign-in.asp
- Click on download software
- Choose Download Imaging Software
Sizes and Options Palette
We suggest you open the Size and Options Palette.
- Click Sizes Button and Choose Show Sizes Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Products.
- Click Options Button and choose show Options Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Options.
Placing an order
- Under Sizes or in the sizes Palette choose Prints and Template Designer
- Choose the size print you would like to order
- The layout for that print size will come up in the left side of the software
- Drag and drop in your image
- Crop your image if you need to by sliding the zoom bar over to the left. You may move the image around in the opening with your mouse.
- Options include Paper Type, Borders, Fill Colors as well as Image Tone and Finishing Services.
- Choose (optional) Artwork services under the Image Options tab in the Options Palette
- Once the image is the way you would like click Add to Order
- Continue adding to your order by repeating the steps above
- Click Review Order
- Double check your order
- Choose your order options on the review order page (optional)
- Then click Complete Order
- Click send now via the Internet
- Fill out the Payment Information
- The software will save and send the order
