How to Order
These popular Sports Composites feature an individual and team all in one! Composites are available in a variety of colors, sizes and eye-catching graphic designs. Unique to the Sports Design Software is the option to take an empty opening and use the Template Designer tools to create additional openings for images and/or text leaving you with nearly endless possibilities!
Downloading the software
- Log in at http://www.blackriverimaging.com/sign-in.asp
- Click on Download Software
- Choose Download Sports Design Software
Sizes and Options Palette
To best utilize the software, we suggest you open the Size and Options Palette. You may first need to click on each side of the software and pull them towards the center so that you have extra desktop space to place the palettes in.
- Click Sizes Button and Choose Show Sizes Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Products.
- Click Options Button and choose show Options Palette.
- Then enlarge the window the length of your screen by clicking on the corner of the window.
- This will allow you to navigate through the Options.
- To allow more working space in the software, you can click on Preferences and deselect the “Show Banner” option.
Placing an Order
- From the Sizes Palette, you will need to pick your ordering category. The Sports Composites are offered in three sections in the Sports Design Software:
Generic Theme Designs which include the Scorched, Victory Lap, After Class, Need for Speed and High Impact options
Sports Specific Designs where you pick from one of several sporting activities such as Football, Track, Golf, Cheer or a Generic option. Each listed sport is available in at least one design with several available in the popular Honeycomb design and an additional design.
Regular Print Products is the section you’ll choose when you want to order multi-opening 8”x 10” or 11”x 14” composites or you want to take advantage of the Template Designer Tools to customize your order. (Please refer to the Template Designer Tools guide when utilizing these features.) - Next, choose the theme or sport you want and then click on the size you want to order.
- The layout for the selected product will appear in the ordering section of the software.
- Drag and drop your image(s) into the layout.
- Crop your image(s) if you need to by sliding the zoom the zoom bar over to the left. You may also move the image around in the opening with your mouse.
- Click on the available text openings on the layout in the software and type in the drop-down section in order to add the child’s name, team name and more.
- Depending on which section you’re ordering from and the specific product you selected you will have options that may be applied to the image and these are selected by referring to the Options Palette or clicking the Options button and the Size Options tab, possible options include:
Black and White Image tone
Adding text in various openings along with choosing the text color
Stroke color to appear around an opening
Fill color within the graphic
Choose to print on the metallic paper rather than the default Luster paper - Once the image is the way you would like it, click in the Quantity field, enter the number of this Sports Composite you want to order and then click Add to Order.
- Continue ordering additional sports products.
- Click Review Order
- Double-check your order
- Chose any order options you may need; this may include adjustment of images and adding drop shipping.
- We recommend you enter something helpful to you in the Photographer’s Reference field as this will appear in the subject line of your email confirmation and on the Check Order Status screen on our web site.
- Choose Complete Order
- Then Send Now Via the Internet
- Fill out the payment information
- The software will save and send your order.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once we receive your order and begin production.
