COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES
Individual Color Correction
We individually color correct each frame to achieve the best neutral and consistent skin tones for each subject or group. You may opt out of this service at any time in the ordering software.
Standard Shipping
You enjoy free shipping anywhere in the US including Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico on all orders totalling more than $35. Standard Shipping is our choice of either USPS or FedEx Ground.
Orders below $35 will be charged $6.95 Standard Shipping.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. See rate chart.
Drop Shipping
We will drop ship your entire order for no extra cost.
PREMIUM SERVICES
Direct2Home Shipping
We take the burden of delivering your product off your hands. Simply enter each customer's mailing address and for a small fee we will ship their photo package order directly to their home. Your customer's photos are packaged in a white window envelope with the Sports ID card. This service includes Trinket Packaging where prints are protected from harm by placing chipboard inside the rigid mailer between trinkets and prints.
The Direct2Home package will include a white label packing slip just like our normal Drop Shipping service. The shipping label will show your studio's return address.

Price: Regular - $5.00, Large - $12.00 (Prints items larger than 11"x14")
Basic Packaging
All orders placed with our volume package ordering software Sports & Events Plus are delivered to you packaged by frame in white window envelopes.
Basic Packaged Envelopes come with a Content ID Card featuring a thumbnail of the subject and a list of items ordered on the corresponding frame.
With Basic Packaging, trinkets are packaged separately to protect prints from damage during shipping. Use the Content ID Card to quickly and easily match items packaged separately to the proper recipient
Price: 10% of order items total.
Large Print Packaging
We will package each print sized 10” x 13” separately with chip board and place in a 3 mil plastic bag. Each print 16” x 20” and larger gets packaged separately with a cardboard flat in a 3 mil plastic bag for an easier, more professional delivery. Your prints will arrive packed flat.
Option includes all prints 10” x 13” and larger on any order where Large Print Packaging is chosen.
All Large Prints always packaged flat.
Price: 20% of total large print cost.
Trinket Packaging
We will package your bulky specialty items like luggage tags, traders & magnets in white window envelopes with your prints protected from harm between pieces of chipboard. All envelopes are packaged standing upright and in order by group.
Please add 1 day to turnaround time for orders with Trinket Packaging.
Price: 5% of order total not including costs of large prints 10” x 13” and larger.
Money Envelope Design
We will help you create packages that maximize your savings and your profits. We can design and maintain your money collection envelopes for a small fee. When we design your envelopes we will keep them on file and place the order for them for no extra cost.
Price: $25 Initial Layout + 2 Proofing Edits
Turnaround Time: 2-5 Days
CUSTOM SERVICES & REWARDS
Custom Product Design Integration
We will integrate your custom designed Memory Mates, Trading Cards, Magazine Covers, etc. into our ordering system for a seamless ordering experience.
