Our Turnaround Times

Turnaround time is the number of complete business days we need to make your order before it is picked up by the shipper. Shipping/transit time is additional and NOT included in the turnaround time. 

What is a business day?
A business day is in-lab for an entire 8-hour production day (weekends and holidays excluded).
 
  • 1 Business Day - Orders received by our system prior to 12:00pm Central US time on a business day will be picked up for shipping at the end of that completed business day. Examples:
    • If an order is received before 12:00pm CT Monday, it will ship by the end of that same Monday. 
    • If an order is received after 12:00pm CT Monday (considered late-in-the-day), it will ship by the end of the day on Tuesday. 
    • If an order is received after 12:00pm CT Friday or any time Saturday/Sunday, it will ship by the end of the day on Monday.
    • The above examples assume Monday and Tuesday are not holidays.
  • 2 Business Days - Orders received by our system prior to 12:00pm CT on a business day will be picked up for shipping at the end of two completed business days.
  • 3 Business Days - Orders received by our system prior to 12:00pm CT will be picked up for shipping at the end of three completed business days.
How do you time late-in-the-day orders?

Orders arriving after 12:00pm CT on a business day (or any time on a weekend) will not begin production timing until the next business day.

Are these guaranteed?

While certain events such as weather, holidays or special order instructions can delay an order, we’ll do everything possible to maintain these turnaround times but without guarantee.

What is the turnaround when different items are combined in one order?

The entire order will ship according to the item with the longest time listed. It is not cumulative. Note: We will not split orders into different shipments. If ordered together, they ship together.
