What is turnaround time?

After we receive your order, we custom-make your product in our lab. This is known as "turnaround time" and does not include shipping from the lab to you. Turnaround times vary by product; see the tables below.

If my item has a 1-day turnaround time, will it ship on the same day I order it?

Items with 1-day turnaround ship on the same day if we receive your order by noon Central. Orders received on weekends or holidays will not begin turnaround timing until the next business day.

Are turnaround times guaranteed?

Turnaround times are not guaranteed and do not include shipping from the lab to you, weekends, or holidays (so please factor-in additional days for those). While we do everything possible to maintain our estimated turnaround times, turnaround may lengthen due to credit card errors and increased order volume, especially during promotions and holidays. Contact us if you need to upgrade your shipping.

Are arrival dates guaranteed?

We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates but you can contact us for estimated delivery windows provided by the carriers. Thank you for placing your orders as early as you can. We appreciate your business!

Turnaround Times by Product

Turnaround times are not guaranteed and do not include shipping from the lab to you, weekends, or holidays. If your order contains various products, the order will ship together according to the item with the longest turnaround time.
